These were pretty good. I didn't have any shrimp and I didn't want to try raw salmon yet, so this was all imitation crab or smoked salmon. I think I'm still struggling to get the rolls as right as I want, but I'm definitely hooked on making it myself now 🙂

Any tips appreciated. I think I need to be more mindful of how I'm packing the fillings (see the Philadelphia rolls).

    I dig it, your rolls look very good. only thing id say is use less rice but it’s hard to do that if you don’t roll sushi all the time.
