  1. This one came together pretty well.

    * Smoked patty to 130F then seared in cast iron to finish
    * Smoked Tillamook Cheddar – then drizzled over burger
    * Homemade potato buns
    * 321 sauce: Kewpie, Worcestershire sauce, spicy brown mustard, ketchup, dash of hot sauce and some Hatch green chiles.
    * Black Forest bacon from Edelweiss Sausage & Delicatessen
    * Pickled shallots
    * Sliced avocado
    * Heirloom tomato
    * asparagus as a side.
