    Do I see an apple in your pot?
    I add a glass of red wine to make the sauce glossy and a bottle of porter (Guinness in a bottle) for taste. My gran added barley to it also.
    Looks delish, enjoy.

  3. Ohhhh, smoked corned beef. Yummy. Do we call it pastrami when it is still braised with the cabbage and potatoes or just corned beef???
