Weekly homemade smash burger

It was cold and snowy/icy weekend so I’m a little late. This week’s special had home ground chuck smash patties, Colby Jack and American cheese, raw diced onions on each patty, caramelized onions, my mustard pickles, mustard on the bottom bun, and homemade burger sauce on the top, all on a buttered and griddled homemade brioche style bun.
