The funny thing is they clearly weren’t cooked in there, the sauce is too neat and tidy, and the pan would be waaaay too hot to serve to customers.

Looks like it’s intended as a sharing portion, and like others said it was clearly not the actual cooking vessel… so it’s basically a serving plate with a handle. Gets a pass from me

Wouldn’t a bowl or plate the same size but without a handle would exactly the same…except without a big handle in the middle of the table?
