Got this 7 inch black forest ham sub from a local sandwich shop with avocado instead of any condiments, black forest ham, pickles, lettuce, tomato! Subway 6 inch for a black forest ham seems to be approx 310 cals

The Subway nutrition calculator says 360 cal for a 6” sub with these ingredients. Obviously not completely accurate but if we say each inch is 60 cal than the extra inch would make this sandwich about 420 cal, which seems right
