My first 3* and green star experience. It started snowing mid meal, and really added to the ambiance of the seasonal “winter to spring” transition course.
They even let me take my bitterbur rice to go and I enjoyed it on the bullet train to Tokyo 🙂
Descriptions of the courses are near the end on the 3 papers.
Every single dish hit!
My favorite was steps into spring where 5 Brussels sprouts on top of a sliced ginko bean stood on top of snow and held several bites stepping from earthly winter tastes to a slightly bitter and sweet spring.

Gorgeous
This spring menu looks so good! I had an autumn-themed menu in October, and I likewise thought that there wasn’t a single letdown – got a sizeable box of matsutake mushroom rice to take out too 😀
It seems this restaurant isn’t talked about very often, but for me it was one of the culinary highlights and well worth the trek to the Osaka suburbs.
Looks AMAZING
