So, going out of Burgundy, decides to try this famous winemaker. Very surprised by how aprocheable it was, as previous experiences with Barolo made me think that they need more time.
On the nose, there were dry flowers and tobacco.
On the mouth, It was very delicate, high acidity at first but also very rounded. Was not expecting that to be honest.
A really enjoyable bottle of wine. Will have to look more into Italy. Suggestions are accepted 🙂

It’s the most burgundy Piemonte can be, you should try find a bottle of their Barbaresco Paje if you can.
