I run a small business that sells icebox cookies. My current flow is a sausage press extrusion to get a uniform shape, freezing to keep circle shape during cutting and cutting each cookie by hand. This current flow is super time consuming!

I'm looking for ways to scale up and improve tooling so I can handle more demand. Does anyone have advice or know if any tooling that would help cut time and labor costs? TIA
