

hi! i’m going out to eat with my sister tmr and need help with figuring out what the lowest calorie option is and about how many calories it would be! I’m thinking the chicken udon but not sure how much the udon noodles would add to the calorie count 🙂

I would go with a soup probably.
Out of the 5 listed, options 2,3,4 are safest.
You can also go with the salad on the first slide but I’d ask for dressing on the side and no cheese add chicken.
The poke is good too, but dont get Sriracha aoli or the torilla chips, Sriracha aoli is just mayo with a bit of sesame oil and Sriracha.
The only other thing I would say is the bowl with the grilled octopus or the classic bibimbop
brussel sprojts, edemame, or the salads 💔 maybe the miso salmom would be good, not super low cal but it has good fats protein and brown rice. sounds more satieating to keeep u full longer. maybe the chicken bowl too
