A single cheeseburger

Greetings cheeseburger lovers!

A new cheeseburger today. Made with a fresh batch of hamburger buns. This time it was a buckwheat/wheat bun, sprinkled with poppy seeds.

Other ingredients were:

• a single double ground beef patty
• layers of gouda cheese
• grilled onions, sweet and sour (butter, salt, sugar and wine vinegar)
• a scrambled egg
• two slices of mortadella
• estragon mustard
• salt and cracked black pepper

A really nice homemade cheeseburger. Many aromas and textures. Bun was amazing too.
