Usually is it written in the pasta pack, it depends on the pasta shape. If it says 10 minutes then u take the pasta 1 minute before. Or the best way is simply to taste it π
I do two minutes before the time on the package; it still cooks a little when you marry the pasta with the sauce.
I check what it says on the packaging. If it says 12 minutes, I taste it at around 10mins and go from there.
Thanks for your tipps! I think most of my Italian friends do it by feel and just try it out. π Itβs probably similar to how Asians cook rice. Also by feel.
