
I posted the protein loaf a few days ago and will link it here for recipe. I added 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum to it and it helped with the deflation. Not sure how the flavor changed as I have not dug into these babies yet. The frosting is equal parts keto chocolate chips and heavy cream melted and cooled then whipped and piped over. They’re chilling in the fridge at the moment.
