Hello this is my first time making and plating sushi at home,can you please give some critisism what to do to make it look better.
These are simple Maki with surimi and salmon,celery and carrot Uramaki

    I’ve tried several times to make sushi at home, and I can’t get them to stay tightly wrapped. I don’t know if it’s the brand of nori I’m using or if I’m failing to understand what I’m doing wrong.

    Looks great though!

    Great job! I’d suggest slicing the kani sticks lengthwise into thinner strips. They’ll roll much tighter that way.
