Hello ☺️

I have a quick question, I would like to buy an Eddie printer like in the photo. But I wanted to know if any of you have one? Are you satisfied with it?

And I saw that on one site there would be a warehouse in France but I couldn't find all the utensils like for macarons, or even the single tray.

For the moment it is true that the carousel could be enough for me, but in the future I would like to buy other utensils ☺️

I have one but rarely use it. You will definitely need other trays. If you haven’t, definitely join the official and unofficial eddie groups on Facebook.

I have bad arthritis in my hands so I can no longer pipe cookies. I bought a Big Blue Printer from Icing Images and now solely make printed cookies. It’s the only way I could keep making cookies.

I chose big blue over Eddie for several reasons. One being that you don’t need extra trays for anything and the only size limit is the bed size. The smallest bed is 8×11 so you can do over 4x the size as an Eddie. Blue also uses ink tanks and not cartridges so I can fill individual colors as needed with no ink waste.
I can also print on cakes, m&ms, macarons, fondant, cheesecakes, literally anything. It’s totally transformed my business.
If you have a plan of how you will use it, I think they are an incredible tool to add to any business even if you still pipe cookies, etc
