Welcome to my first vlog! 🌟 In this video, I’m diving into a fresh farmer’s market haul and showing you how to clean and sort some of my favorite fruits and veggies. I’ll also be whipping up some delicious fried rice, making ginger-garlic paste, and baking sourdough discard muffins. Plus, I share a few personal insights about my life along the way. Fried rice ingredients:
– 1 cup of rice
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp garlic powder

Sourdough discard blueberry muffins & crumble (bake at 350 F°/ 180 C° for 35 mins )

For the crumble you’ll need:
– 45 grams of butter
– 50 grams of sugar
– 60 grams of flour

For the muffin, dry ingredients :
– 240 grams of flour
– 100 grams of sugar
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– lemon zest
– 150 grams of blueberries

Wet ingredients:
– 113 grams of butter
– 2 eggs
– 125 grams of sourdough discard
– 45 grams of Greek yogurt
– vanilla or maple syrup
