The restaurant I bartend at let me go back and make my own salad in the kitchen 😍 3 handfuls of pickled onion, 4 handfuls of red onion. There are more under the lettuce I promise 😭 my roommate gave me shit pre toss bc the onion to lettuce ratio was “unbalanced”

That looks like heaven, add a bit of salmon or chicken and it would be perfect
