Ah, Lockhart. A bucket list pilgrimage for BBQ devotees, particularly fans of Central Texas BBQ.
It’s the best. I went there with a buddy for a day trip. Hit three pits and was super satisfied and super physically uncomfortable leaving town. Also the place I realized how balls expensive cowboy boots are. (I’m not from around texas obv)
