Ingredients:
Confit garlic (Full recipe further down my page)
1 cup yogurt
4 eggs
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp Aleppo pepper or pul biber
Dill
Salty

Make the confit garlic in advance – the full detailed recipe is on my page – you have to go hunting. ☺️

Smash some of the confit and mix it into the yogurt with salt to taste and set aside. Poach the eggs and place them over the yogurt. Melt the butter on medium low heat, add the pepper, swirl in the pan for a few seconds, then pour over the eggs. Finish with lots of fresh dill and serve with crusty toasted bread.
