I luckily live in an area that has 3 local chocolatiers, with 2 a bit further away. I like to shop local, so I went to my favorite one and bought some bulk chocolate to give it a shot.
The center is a whipped chocolate ganache, while the shells are vanilla and drizzled with more chocolate. Holy cow did they turn out good haha.
