• Jalapeño Slices
• Black Olives slices
• 60g Grated Carrot
• 1/2 Raw Onion
• 1 Tomato (small)
• 10 Thin Cucumber Slices
• 1 Capsicum in oil
• 10 Pistachio
• 4 walnuts
Spices:
Italian herbs
Paprkia
Cumin
Salt n pepper
Give or take.
Calories: 1,402.5 kcal
Protein: 114.23g
Carbs: 82.63g
Fat: 60.74g

No sealed lids until they’re completely (overnight) cooled.
I don’t know if it’s just my algorithm, but I see so many posts of people asking why their food goes off so quickly. This is the reason.
