Have been eating this huge plate of food every day this week. Most days I make it 300 cals but today’s was 500 cals because I added ground beef as well. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. It’s a deep plate!

1/4 cabbage
1 carrot
1 mini cucumber
4 onz of baked salmon
