I have to ask why your olive oil was on your balcony?
But yes it’s completely fine.

Happened to me last year when my mum stored it in the cellar during winter. It has recovered from that. Don’t warm or heat it, just store it at normal temperature.

Yes, but don’t heat it, just bring it indoor. My grandma used to to keep it in the cellar, and it was common it would freeze in winter.

Just leave it indoor at room temperature
Happens sometimes in the supermarkets of northern Italy during the winter.
