Make some bbq boneless short ribs and three cheese tortellini soup.
Recipe: used Everglades rub on and seared 8 boneless short ribs. Popped those in the oven on 375 for 2 hours. After two hours I pulled out and poured about 1/4 of bbq sauce ( mcclards) put back in for 15 min.
Used the Drippings from ribs plus a little more olive oil to sauté 1 bunch of onions, 1/4 cuo chopped celery. Added 1 lb of ground pork sausage @hydesfarm
Browned with tsp garlic paste.
Added about 2 tbsp of flour to make a little roux.
Added slowly 5 cups chickenn broth, 2 cups half and half. While adding liquids I cut up one very large carrot, added one bag cheese tortellini, and 2 cups spinach. Added everglades, Melting Pot’s garlic and wine, a little Tony’s and black pepper. Enjoy!!
