This beautiful giant onion gave me good luck

I used this flawless allium to cook dinner without a recipe for the first time. I’ve been getting into cooking recently and was a little nervous, but this dear onion gave me good luck. I used half for Spanish-inspired chicken and rice, and I roasted the other half. My stomach is pleased 🙂 All hail onions!
