I’ve always liked BBQ posts on Instagram and I always wondered what it tasted like, unfortunately it’s not something you can find easily in Mexico. A friend of mine found a place and we went on a date to try it and man, I was blown away.

It’s a flavor that you just cannot get here, it was expensive but I can still taste it three days later. I want to go to the States now to get the real experience.

It should be free for Americans because of all the drugs they bring across our borders.

So glad you liked it! Other comments seem to have some attitude so figured id throw in my 2 cents as an american who loves to throw meat on the smoker🤣
    -it looks dry
    – the cuts are super uneven, if you can even call that cuts?? The meat itself looks like a mess. Chunks and one piece top right isnt cut against the grain.
It does look like it has a smoke ring and i bet it tasted great! There are better briskets out there though:)

  3. What part of Mexico are you in? I live in Mexico as well, and finding good BBQ is hard!

Visited Quintana Roo and noted that they used Zapote wood for the grill. Very tasty!
