    # Honey Rolls

    **Prep Time:** 20 minutes

    **Total Time:** 2 hours 40 minutes

    ## Ingredients

    For the Dough:
    500 g all-purpose flour
    7 g instant yeast
    5 g salt
    120 ml warm milk
    60 ml warm water
    100 g honey
    50 g unsalted butter, melted
    1 large egg

    For the Honey Butter Glaze:
    30 g unsalted butter, melted
    30 g honey
    2 g sea salt (optional)

    ## Directions

    ### 1. Prepare the Dough
    – In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and salt.
    – In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, honey, melted butter, and the egg.
    – Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
    – Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    – Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.

    ### 2. Shape the Rolls
    – Lightly flour a surface and divide the dough into 15 equal portions.
    – Shape each piece into a ball and place in a **22×33 cm (9×13 inch) baking dish**, leaving space for expansion.
    – Cover and let rise again for 45 minutes.

    ### 3. Bake
    – Preheat the oven to **180°C (350°F)**.
    – Bake for **18-20 minutes**, or until golden brown on top.

    ### 4. Apply Honey Butter Glaze
    – Mix the melted butter, honey, and sea salt.
    – Brush the warm rolls generously with the glaze.

    – Allow to cool slightly before serving.
