Sushi Bichi, Miami. Solid nigiri list, open air, right off the beach. Good spot

If your regular menu has kinmedai, kamasu, shima aji, various cuts of toro, salmon and hamachi belly – you’re going to get my attention.

Even more so when your location is literally right across the street from the beach and you can immediately hop in at an open-air bar, tables, or whatever you’d like.

Tough lighting conditions and not the best photo quality, but row by row from left to right

    * Top row: Hotate, kinmedai, kamasu, aburi hamachi toro

    * Middle row: Aburi shake toro, hirame, oo-toro, chuu-toro

    * Bottom row: Shima aji, kanpachi, akami

Not pictured: A follow-up order of two pieces Japanese uni 🤤

For a casual-ish spot right by the beach it surpassed my expectations. Easily recommendable.
