# Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a wok and add onion for 5 minutes (until browned) 2. Add hot water, stock cube/powder, lentils, cumin and curry powder 3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. (Optional) Blitz with a stick mixer for a smoother consistency 5. Serve hot with toasted bread- drizzle with olive oil and garnish with coriander. 6. Add optional garnishes if desired
