I didn’t eat the best today. My calorie max is 1600 per day. I’m gonna collect deficit right now trying to get down from 262 to about 220. This isn’t good for my macro, but this is all I ate today. Just wanted to know how many calories do you guys think this is?

It’s a big potato with shredded cheese, butter, sour cream, and brisket and has barbecue sauce on top of it (the barbecue sauce is not in the photo).

    A large baked potato is around 280 calories. A quarter cup of shredded cheese is 110 (I’m not sure how much cheese was added so if you think it was more than a quarter cup then you should add some calories to the total). 1 tablespoon of butter is 100 calories. 2 tablespoons of sour cream is 60 calories. 1 cup of brisket is around 312 calories. 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce is 50 calories. So I would say the least this potato would be is 912 calories.

  2. True Texas BBQ (HEB’s BBQ joint here in Texas) says theirs is 660 calories.

    Beef: ~400

    Potato: ~300

    Cheese and sour cream: ~300

    Butter: ~150

    BBQ sauce: ~100

    Just log 1.25k. If you haven’t eaten all day you’re still in a deficit. Wonders of OMAD
