My schoolmates think this is raw, rate my college dining hall’s steak
Title. Our college dining hall is buffet-style and serve steak like this almost every other day, but usually more on the medium/medium-well side. Btw, anyone know what cut of steak this is?

Mate!!! If my school served meat like that, I’d be happy. Granted it’s not the best steak ever. But considering where it’s from and the serving method it’s great. Id take the whole tray for my self.
