   I R&D’d several sweet focaccia last year and I was never satisfied. I just didn’t find the focaccia to be the right base for most of it. I didn’t like the texture of the dough with the sweet as much as I thought I would. It’s funny, I make sweet sourdoughs all the time and love them but the focaccia never made me happy.

   The apple fritter one goes incredibly hard
