Marinating in herbs, flavor (clove) , Mexican Coca-Cola, OJ and lemon juice for 12 hrs. Then add 2 cups of Manteca (lard) to extra large cast iron Dutch oven in lieu of a cazo since I can't get that where I live. And then just let it confit a d carefully turn until it's starts falling apart.
Build the 🌮 con tortillas de maíz, onion, cilantro, salsa de Chile japonés, sal and drop of lemon juice. As good as it gets for homemade.
