





Highly recommend this cut as it’s only a few more bucks per lbs than choice skirt. I like skirt (even choice) more than most prime and choice ribeyes and strips. But this A. Wagyu skirt is prolly my favorite cut on earth atm.

Never met a skirt I didn’t like. Give me the cheapest one you go and I’ll marinate it, hit it with some smoke for a little bit them grill it hot and fast and then it’s gone. With a rest of course. Naps are important

It looks delicious. I’ve had some skirt steak that’s right up there with the best. But steak on a paper plate? I’m not fancy, but even I use the real plates for steak. Maybe you’re camping, in which case it’s acceptable.

Ever tried with a kalbi or teriyaki marinade?
In my personal opinion, steak doesn’t get better than this exact combo of high end skirt over charcoal. This looks absolutely perfect. Got damn.
