    Wow I can’t decide on my favorite pic! I can never find picanha locally but I actually just got home with a 9lb whole picanha… super exited to chop it up into steaks

    I cut mine into strips and do it on the rotisserie. It’s unbelievably good.

    What temp did you smoke at before the sear? What internal temp did you pull at?
