Pork back ribs smoked at 225 for the first 4 hours, then bumped it up to 250 for 90 minutes, then sauced them up and brought it back down to 225 for the last 30 minutes for a total of 6 hours of smoke time. These were the best ribs ive made so far!

Im new to bbq, is that a pellet smoker and are they actually worth it? I bought a few hundred dollar smoker from bucees last summer and it does good for us, just constant babysitting temp lol

Did two slabs of spare yesterday. SPG with no binder. No wrap, no spritz, no look @275 for 3.5 hrs and they were perfect

  7. You inspired me.  First time ever not wrapping and spritzing.  Just dry rub and put it on the Searwood at 240 for 5 hours.  Delicious.   Wife loves it because with ribs this easy they’re gonna be on the menu more often.

I like it too many times people overcomplicate the process of cooking.

These look great. I’m gonna pass on the “party ribs” people have been posting.
