And with just a single scoop of protein power in that entire garlic purée, you're only getting like 26 grams of extra protein by the time you finish the entire purée. It'll be negligible with individual use, like on a sandwich.

I sometimes like to eat a whole garlic clove after its fork tender.
How long will this last in the fridge?
I use clarified butter. Tastes much better.
