I was sent here from r/pizza. I ran into this in a local pizza place. It's a regular crust and cheese, topped with what tastes like canned spaghetti and pieces of Italian sausage on it.

While I have my issues with putting pasta on pizza, I’m sure it tastes fine.
Though, I’ll never understand why anybody would want to add flavorless carbs on top of more carbs. It’s not even about health, it’s just kinda pointless and doesn’t add anything really other than making the pizza harder to eat lol
