I'd love to know what variety of chilis I bought from the Indian section at the grocery store.
The description online says "Use in dishes when you want that mild zing and enticing red color but also moderate spiciness. Product of India."
I thought maybe kashmiri, but I didn't think they looked that wrinkled.
Any guesses?

Do you know whether it is mild by Indian standards or mild for real? If mild by Indian standards it could be Cayenne. On the other side the text in French could indicate that it is intended for export to places where mild is actually mild.
