The title says it all. All the ingredients he is describing in the video bellow are present. We also added breadcrumbs, three slices of gouda cheese, a bit of Worcestershire sauce.
Our bread was fresh homemade sourdough barley and wheat bread. And we kept the crust.
Fried on greese in a cast iron skillet.

Used to live up the road toad from a place called Scruggs that was on food network for something called a pig burger. Sounded good on tv, did not look good at all in person. Absolutely incredible though.
