been making these a lot lately as a sub for tortillas since im mexican and dat shit be adding up. soak lentils over night, rinse them, put in blender w an inch of water above the lentils, and use oil spray on a nonstick pan and for easy flipping 👍

Are they pliable like a tortilla? This could be a good way to get some extra protein in!
I’ve made these with red lentils and they’re so good! I find the red lentils get mushier and easily blend. I also add garlic and spinach sometimes for some extra flavour and nutrients.
my Indian friend makes these with yellow lentils, they’re called Chilla!
dumb question but! so once you soak them overnight, you blend it and you’d pour that liquid into the pan. wouldn’t it be too runny to form into a wrap? i’d really love to try it so if you have any recommendations in the process, lmk!
