If I move this grill one more time I think it’s going to implode… is Weber cheap these days ? I mean I would think you get more than 4 years if kept properly and covered?

IMO this is the biggest weakness of Webers with enclosed carts, even Summits. I live near SF so this is extremely common.

Same here, plus one one caster mount broke off when I moved it. The flange was pressed into the base with two tabs, not even welded. Pos!
