I suspect the oven temp was too low (390F for 30 minutes) for my bread to achieve a nice golden brown, but otherwise I’m very happy with it!

    I LOVE DAEN. Exact same recipe I used to make my first ever bread and first ever focaccia. The garlic and olive oil queen herself. Even if it’s not the golden brown you wanted it to be, LOOK AT THOSE HOLES THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!

    Do you have an oven thermometer to be sure what the internal temperature if what the recipe claims the oven should be? I recommend it if you don’t have one.
