Ingredients used:
Kabeljou Fish 2.2kg
Season fish to your liking
I used, Fish spice
Seafood spice
Salt& black pepper
Lemons
Garlic & herb butter (melted)
Fish marinade

For a sauce:
I used:
2 tsp of spicy harissa
Juices from the fish marinade
1 Lemon juices
(I’ll share a video soon of the sauce)

Braai fish or cook in the oven 15min on each side.
