I am not able to cook more than 180/200grams with my iron pan, I don’t suggest you try or will just get normal spaghetti al pomodoro, risottati.
Maybe you can try with a big iron wok, be careful not to burn the garlic.
It’s quite simple, you just have to wake a little more than you would actually to get some crispy one. Be careful, it’s very messy, oil will just go everywhere during the first steps.
