Today,I am sharing a yummicoulus Strawberry dessert recipe with you.Strawberry Panna Cotta is a delicious, creamy Italian dessert that absolutely balances sweetness and elegance.The silky-smooth vanilla flavoured creamy thick milk sauce (no cream) sets into , velvety texture compote while strawberry chunks in custard vadds burst of fruity flavour.Often served in glasses,topped with fresh berries,mint leaves,this dessert is blend of stunning contrasting colours and amazing taste.Light ,no cream (you can add fresh cream) simple and delicious dessert for you.Enjoy chilled in Ramadan iftar or feasts.

Ingredients

Strawberry 100 g
Fresh milk 200 ml
Strawberry jello 1 pack
Gelatine 1 tbs
Vanilla essence

Method,

Take a pan and add 2 cups water,put on stove.When it boils,add jelly crystals.
Mix well .
In a tray ,set 3 glasses tilted.
Pour over jelly mix and let it settle in refrigerator.
In a pan add fresh milk ,let it boil, remove after a few minutes.
In a cup dissolve gelatine in 2 tbs water.
Add into milk.
Cut a strawberry into smaller chunks ,add in milk when it is cool.
Mix well.Add a drop of vanilla essence.
Take out glasses with jelly,place in a tray,pour over milk mixture,Fill up glasses.
Top with strawberry slice and enjoy chilled.
