My tomatoe plants have all these weird bumps near the ground. Are these normal or is it sick?
It’s been producing fruits for a couple of months now without problems

The bumps are not fungus but aerial roots, the stem of a tomato can grow out roots anywhere along the branch. As for the yellow leaf color, they do look nutrient depleted, not sure exactly in which particular element though

I would also remove the weeds from your pots, which suck away nutrients and water

Blight possibly- the bumps are roots
