    It looks cooked to perfection, and I’d devour it like a Labrador retriever!However, it looks a little bit 🤏“mealy” to me. Is it the photo, your knife being dull, or was it honestly kind of mealy?

    Could a mealy texture be caused from meat quality? I’ve always assumed that was knife sharpness, but wondering if there are other factors
