With blue cheese it’s usually a love or hate with most people. Personally I love it and put it on almost every filet that I cook. It’s a perfect compliment. How about you?

I put Stilton on top when I’m letting it rest.

    For me yes absolutely
I think blue cheese and beef go together well

Been there, done that. I prefer my steak perfectly grilled and naked to taste the meat.

Yay for me! I think Blue Cheese compliments a steak very well.

Actual blue cheese, yes. This looks like dressing.

Yay. I’ve started preferring gorgonzola though. Less salty.

If you like it, then yes.
Steak is best when you have it how you like.

  8. Yes, but add a red wine and mushroom sauce under the bleu cheese.

  9. I’ve done it before and I didn’t hate it. In fact, I prefer it more than an aged steak. I’d rather know the cheese flavor is coming from actual cheese and not from meat*.

*Please don’t give me crap about not liking dry aged steaks. I gave ‘em a shot, but not my thing.

My last meal before a fast is always a fat ribeye with a giant block of blue cheese.

I prefer just plain haven’t had one with blue cheese in quite a few years so I wouldn’t be mad at it but probably wouldn’t do it on the regular.

Yes, but id do Gorgonzola. There’s a restaurant near me that does fillet migon steak medallions with Gorgonzola on top for an appetizer. 10/10

I’d puke, but already looks like it got puked on.

  15. I’d dig it with some mushrooms and like 1/4th of that amount of Blue.

Prefer it on a burger, but I bet that was delicious.

Hard pass. Give me some grated horseradish and let me eat.

Restaurant near me has steak salad w blue cheese. Shits my favorite meal in the world.

  19. carneahumada

I do sour cream and steak sauce. It’s delicious

  20. Crumbles are good on lots of steaks, but shine on low fat steaks the most, so Filet is a great reason to do it.

  21. purplepeopleeater31

yay, but I will only do crumbles, not a sauce.

I also don’t need it on a steak, a great cooked steak speaks for itself.

but blue cheese crumbles on a steak enhances it
