It was like reflective sorta. Shiny but didn’t smell bad. My stomach was upset an hour after I ate but idk if it’s because of the meat or because of other reasons

    Yes, it’s fine.
    Muscle is a bundle of striated fibres light reflects of these, causing this iridescent appearance. This isn’t a sign of spoilage

    Yeah it gets like that. Cook it and stop touching it and leaving it in random places.

    Literally keep frozen until you are going to cook it same day. Otherwise 2 or 3 days in the fridge.

    If you touch it less than a day to cook it or things start growing.

    Its a wonder how you people are still alive.

    All these comments on here recently are wild whats been going on with reddit.. I was a butcher thats 100% going bad the oil looking spot is the immediate giveaway.

  5. Is it slimy? Does it smell? Looks like light refraction to me. Happens on leaner cuts like eye round steaks.
